What is Focus On Change?
Focus On Change is a social initiative built around a handpicked photography calendar. Each month features a beautiful photograph from somewhere in the world — a year-long journey through landscapes, cultures, and fleeting moments captured by talented photographers.
The 2026 calendar aims to give 360 girls — up from 330 the previous year — in 8 rural cocoa-farming communities in Ghana access to quality education and healthcare.
The Cocoa360 Education Access Initiative
Cocoa360 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a self-sustaining model: revenue from a community cocoa farm funds a girls’ school and a hospital in Tarkwa Breman, rural Ghana.
Through its Education Access Initiative, Cocoa360 partners with Focus On Change to bring quality education and healthcare to girls in cocoa-farming communities — and all proceeds from the calendar are donated to support this mission.
Why it matters
In rural cocoa-farming communities, uniforms, books, and desks are luxuries. Children often walk long distances just to reach a classroom.
Education breaks the cycle of poverty. When a girl goes to school, she gains the tools to shape her own future — and to lift her family and community with her.
